We are looking for a skilled and experienced Commercial lawyer who dares to go beyond average. You will join a team of 4 game changers led by Vladyslav Aleksandrov. If you are passionate about tech as much as we are, then ready, steady, Roosh.
You will:
- review and draft commercial agreements, including services contracts, NDAs, and other agreements,
- monitor compliance with contractual obligations, including deadlines, deliverables, and termination terms,
- prepare drafts of documents and agreements for intragroup financing arrangements,
- handle legal support of administrative activities (e.g., filings, offices, documents),
- maintain and update various internal databases on corporate information, documents, and agreements,
- collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR, finance, and operations, to support contract-related activities and resolve issues as they arise,
- assist in the development and implementation of contract management tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in contract administration,
- communicate and negotiate with notaries and contractors ,
- perform ad-hoc document requests.
About you:
- law degree from a reputable university,
- 2+ years of relevant experience in IT, corporate, commercial, and contract law with an IT company, international or top-tier law firm, or Big 4,
- advanced English,
- strong analytical skills and attention to details,
- proficiency in MS Office / Google tools,
- ability to meet deadlines,
- hard-working, well-organized, proactive, and able to manage complex projects independently.
