We are looking for a skilled and experienced Principal Investment Director who dares to go beyond average.
You will:
- proactively source investment opportunities via building and maintaining relationships with tech startups and foundations,
- meet with early-stage founders and assess potential for investment,
- prepare summaries and presentations for the internal committee and our partners, lead investment reports with an investment decision based on a deep analysis of their market, product, financial performance and team,
- communicate with companies and partners, including testing products of promising companies, conducting Q&A sessions and interviews with founders, comment startup pitch decks,
- developing and optimization of business processes in the company.
About you:
- a financial or STEM education (KSE, KNU, KPI, etc.),
- 5-7 years of proven experience (IB, PE, VC, consulting),
- deep knowledge of financial reporting (IS: revenue, main costs, and margins; BS,CF), and valuation methods (DCF, Multiples),
- financial modeling skills and experience,
- experience with brick-and-mortar industries is a plus,
- at least B2 level English,
- proficient user of PowerPoint and Excel,
- interest in venture capital & private equity industry and technologies.
